• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  - We only ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  - All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment.
  - Estimated transit times for all U.S. orders are 1-2 weeks, many times sooner.
  - Estimated transit times for orders outside of the U.S. are generally 2-3 weeks.
  - YOU are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  - We are not responsible if your order does not make it to you (especially outside of the US). Once it is in the mail it is out of our hands. Refunds will not be given for orders claimed to have not arrived.
  - We also reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer at any time that we feel may be making a fraudulent order.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do! With the postage rate increases in 2016 it is most efficient to order multiple items so get some of your friends to split on the order with you! That way you'll get the best deal with the new shipping rates.

  I love to. Please contact me and let me know your ideas and what you're looking for. I would love to make something unique and special for you. Please be realistic with adequate deadlines.
